Xavier nabbed their second commit of the week on Friday morning, as 6′-6″ wing Naji Marshall of Hargrave Military (VA) announced his pledge via his Twitter account. He joins Georgia guard Elias Harden, who committed to the Musketeers just days ago.

Marshall announced earlier in the week that his decision was set for Friday, and he reportedly had Maryland, Xavier, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Pittsburgh, TCU and Rhode Island under consideration.

The Musketeers also have sharpshooting forward Jared Ridder in what is amounting to a good class, though it is certainly not done yet.

Marshall could end up as a consensus top-50 prospect nationally in the 2017 class, after starring in the Under Armour Association for DC Premier. He averaged 15.5 points per game and also pulled down 4.5 rebounds each contest.
