Maryland Lands German Forward Martin Breunig

Maryland landed some help inside today, as they were able to grab a verbal commitment from 6′-9″ forward Martin Breunig, of St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy (WI).  Breunig is a native of Germany that is spending his first season in the United States playing in prep school. After the commitment crazed weekend, the recruiting beat has only slightly slowed, with numerous verbal pledges popping off over the last several days.  Several top 100 players in the class of 2011 came off the board the last couple days.
