Missouri Takes Pledge from SG Shawn Smith


Former Central Florida commit Shawn Smith has made another pledge, and this time the 6′-4″ 2012 shooting guard has verballed to Missouri. The springy guard is reportedly headed to South Kent (CT) to finish out high school, after playing at two high schools in Florida last season. Missouri Tips the Scales, Snags 2012 Center is reporting that Missouri garnered a verbal commitment from Aaron Scales, a 6′-9″, 260 pound center from High Point Christian (NC). Scales runs with the grassroots basketball squad sponsored by NBA star Chris Paul, the CP3 All-Stars. Scales, a 2012 prospect, is joined on the CP3 All-Stars by a Missouri 2013 pledge, Tyrek Coger.
