South Carolina was able to keep a top target in-state yesterday, securing the verbal commitment of 6′-4″ shooting guard Damien Leonard of JL Mann (Greenville, SC). The Greenville Online reports that Leonard selected the in-state Gamecock program over Oklahoma State.
