Though they’ve yet to play minutes officially on the high school level, with a few exceptions, the 2016 has already established itself as having significant talent. Hoopniks.com has identified 10 players across the country worthy of watching now, and in the future. This should serve as an early watch list of some of the cream of the crop of the incoming freshmen class, though it is by no means inclusive.
Hoopniks.com had the opportunity to observe several of these prospects against 17-U, 16-U and 15-U opponents during the spring and summer, and certainly looks forward to seeing the top prospects across the land as this class develops and matures. Many names are no doubt missing from this small list, but rest assured that the listed prospects are serious talents.
This list is in no order, and no ranking should be implied by the order of the names.
