6′-2″ Brewster Academy (NH) point guard Makai Ashton-Langford is down to two finalists for his college services.

Ashton-Langford, the No. 40 prospect in the 2017 class, is down to UConn and Providence, after eliminating Louisville (which recently landed a point guard for the 2017 cycle, Darius Perry).

After recently transferring from Cushing Academy (MA) to Brewster Academy on the heels of a huge summer, Ashton-Langford is considered one of the better available point guard prospects nationally in the 2017 class. Whether he ends up with the Huskies or Friars, Ashton-Langford can make an impact sooner rather than later at the D-1 level.
