Iowa State lands second commit for ’17, KeyShawn Feazell

Iowa State nabbed their second pledge in the 2017 class on Wednesday, as 6′-8″ forward KeyShawn Feazell announced his commitment to the Cyclones.

Feazell joins Wisconsin wing forward Terrence Lewis in the class to date for Iowa State. Facing many expected departures from the 2016-2017 roster, the 2017 recruiting class is expected to be large at Iowa State.

The Lawrence County (MS) reportedly had offers from several high-major programs, including the in-state Mississippi State Bulldogs and Baylor. He’s considered one of the top prospects in Mississippi and certainly has the frame to add bulk to his already 225 pound size.

Feazell averaged 17 points and 8 rebounds per game as a junior.
