Each year the National Prep Showcase is the first premier event in the high school basketball season. A three day tournament held at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT brings many of the top prep powers nationally together. 2014 Nike Global Challenge International teams recap


The 2014 Nike Global Challenge included four foreign teams in the four day tournament held in Chicago, IL. Teams from Brazil, Canada, China, and Africa were all invited to compete amongst each other as well as against the four USA teams in the event. The USA teams were the class of the 2014 Nik Global Challenge in Chicago, with the USA West team handing the USA East their first loss in the championship game on Sunday afternoon. The inaugural UAA Finals concluded Saturday in Suwanee, Georgia, as champions were crowned and the event wrapped up. 17U Championship: We R 1 (66) Sports U (44) The battle between tough Northeast teams initially resembled a classic old school Big East match-up. Along with the NBPA Top 100 camp, the LeBron James Skills Academy is among two camps nationally each year which feature the largest amount of highly-touted prospects in attendance.
