Height: 6’-3”

Weight: 175

Position: PG/SG

High School (State): Damien (CA)

Club Team (Affiliation): Superior Athletes (Reebok)

Commitment: San Diego State Aztecs

Breakdown: At the end of May, 6′-3″ junior guard Jeremy Hemsley made his college commitment and picked the San Diego State Aztecs over Washington, Colorado and Arizona State.

Hemsley is among the premier combo guards on the West Coast, and has the potential to be a lockdown defender in college, as well. He has a good motor, and is known as a slasher, attacker and finisher at the rim.

As a junior at Damien (CA), Hemsley reportedly averaged 22 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists per game. As such, he is capable in playing in either guard slot for the Aztecs. San Diego State has done a fine job of accumulating high-major talent to bolster their backcourt for the future.
