Height: 6’-7”

Weight: 200

Position: PF

High School (State): Pleasant Grove (CA)

Club Team (Affiliation): Team Superstar (Under Armour)

Commitment: Washington Huskies

Breakdown: When USA Basketball announced their roster for a U18 national team, perhaps one name was the most surprising on the try-out roster, Chriss.

Simply put, USA Basketball is known for well-vetted evaluation and talented rosters at the youth level, so the inclusion of Chriss was an affirmation of his talent level.

As a junior, Chriss was named as a second-team pick on the Sacramento Bee’s all-metro team. He’s an above-the-rim athlete that registered 19 points, 11.7 rebounds and almost 3 blocks per game during his junior season of high school.

Washington did well to lock up Chriss early , in what could be a top-10 national recruiting class, depending on how things shake out. He committed to Washington in January, 2014, over the likes of several other Pac-12 programs.
