2012 Post Josip Mikulic Commits to NC State

In the midst of what seemed like a flurry of 2012 prospects declaring for ACC schools, NC State got into the action, grabbing an emerging big man in 6′-11″ Josip Mikulic of North Broward Prep (FL), according to Rivals and Scout’s NC State fan websites. Mikulic is a native of Croatia.

Mikulic is ranked as the #28 prospect in Florida’s 2012 class by Source Hoops, and #25 by Florida Hoops, so the Wolfpack may have a sleeper in the mix.  Mikulic plays on the grassroots basketball circuit for Nike Team Florida.

Mikulic is the second known commitment for NC State in the 2012 class.  Local point guard Tyler Lewis declared in the fall to play at NC State.
